Sustainable Production Technologies
Unlike traditional wet-dye textile processes that consume thousands of gallons of clean water, our primary production method, Full Digital Dye-Sublimation, uses zero water in the pigment transfer stage. Heat presses bond non-toxic inks directly into polyester fibers, eliminating chemical runoff and effluent contamination.
