Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Building a transparent, sustainable, and responsible global supply chain. At Hash International, we empower craftsmen, enforce ethical workforce standards, and utilize eco-conscious production methods across our garment manufacturing operations.
Our Commitment to Responsible Production
Modern athletic brands and institutional buyers require total supply chain transparency. Operating from our manufacturing hub in Sialkot, Pakistan, Hash International proves that high-volume dye-sublimation and cut-and-sew production can exist in complete harmony with fair wages, exceptional worker welfare, and environmentally responsible practices.
Strict Zero Child Labor Policy
We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding child or forced labor across all departments including pattern cutting, stitching, sublimation, and packaging.
- Strict government-issued ID verification prior to onboarding
- Employment restricted strictly to legal working age (18+)
- Regular unannounced internal and third-party audit checks
Fair Living Wages & Social Security
We believe skilled craftspeople are the backbone of our business. We pay compensation above standard statutory minimums alongside comprehensive social benefits.
- Above-market base wages for stitchers, cutters, and operators
- Overtime rates calculated transparently with voluntary hours

Eco-Conscious Sublimation & Waste Reduction
We leverage modern digital technology to minimize the environmental footprint traditionally associated with garment dyeing and manufacturing.

- Recycling protocols for transfer paper and fabric offcuts
Empowering Local Artisans & Community Development
Skill Development & Apprenticeship Programs
Sialkot is world-renowned for textile craftsmanship. Hash International invests directly in local talent by offering structured technical training programs in CAD pattern design, digital vector layout, advanced dye-sublimation operation, and precision apparel stitching.
By upskilling our workforce, we help local technicians build long-term, high-value careers in modern garment manufacturing.
Gender Equality & Workplace Inclusion
We actively foster an inclusive work environment that supports equal opportunity regardless of gender, background, or social status. Women hold vital roles across our administrative, graphic design, quality control, and packing departments.
- Equal pay for equal work metrics enforced across all departments
- Dedicated rest amenities and safe transport assistance
- Zero harassment policy enforced through transparent HR reporting
Sustainable Production Technologies
Unlike traditional wet-dye textile processes that consume thousands of gallons of clean water, our primary production method, Full Digital Dye-Sublimation, uses zero water in the pigment transfer stage. Heat presses bond non-toxic inks directly into polyester fibers, eliminating chemical runoff and effluent contamination.
- High-efficiency Italian sublimation heat presses reducing energy consumption per batch
- Optimized pattern marker nesting to maximize fabric yield and minimize cut waste
- Biodegradable packaging options available for B2B brand orders
